Delete your account and data

You can delete your Corrido account and request removal of associated personal data using either method below.

1. Delete in the Corrido app (recommended)

If you can still sign in:

1. Open the Corrido app and go to Account.
2. Scroll to Danger zone.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately. Your sessions are revoked, your stories are removed from family archives, and families you own become read-only for other members.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your Corrido account:

hello@wkndbuilds.com (subject: Account deletion request)

Include the email address registered to your account. We may ask for additional verification before processing the request.

3. What we delete

Account deletion removes or deactivates, as applicable:

• Your account profile (name, email, authentication credentials).
• Your story recordings and related metadata you uploaded.
• Your memberships in family spaces (you lose access immediately).

Backups and operational copies are permanently purged within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
